Shantanu started his professional journey in 2006 as a BIM Engineer, specializing in 3D modeing of HVAC and coordination. Over the years, he has established himself as an expert and pioneer in Revit and Revit family creation and has contributed extensively to advancing BIM implementation across various disciplines. His deep technical understanding, coupled with practical industry experience, has shaped UNIDADE’s foundation, where knowledge meets innovation.
Under his guidance, the company has steadily evolved into a trusted name in the engineering services sector, built on precision, reliability, and a client-first approach. His emphasis on collaboration and mentorship has fostered a work culture where professional excellence and humane leadership go hand in hand.

With a passion for precision and a deep commitment to excellence, Utpal Barman serves as Co-Founder, Director, and CPO at UNIDADE BIM SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD . A highly skilled HVAC Engineer, he began his professional journey in 2012 , steadily building a reputation for his technical expertise, leadership, and client-focused approach.
Utpal’s career reflects a perfect blend of engineering discipline and innovation. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in 3D modeling using Revit, AutoCAD Fabrication, and AutoCAD MEP. His strong command over Revit SysQue enables him to deliver accurate, constructible models that align seamlessly with real-world project needs. Beyond his technical mastery, Utpal is recognized for his exceptional capabilities in project management, quality control, and client communication ; ensuring every project is delivered with precision and professionalism.
As a director, Utpal plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s project execution standards and technical excellence. He oversees multiple teams, ensuring each project maintains the highest level of coordination and quality assurance.
