Every great journey begins with a shared vision.
UNIDADE BIM SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. was founded in 2023 by Shantanu Deyasi and Utpal Barman, two passionate engineers who believed that true BIM success comes from practical knowledge, teamwork, and integrity not empty promises.
With more than a decade of combined experience in HVAC modeling and project coordination, they set out to build a company where technology meets purpose. Shantanu, who began his BIM journey in 2006, brought with him a strong foundation in HVAC systems and Revit family creation, while Utpal, starting his career in 2012, contributed expertise in modeling in Revit, AutoCAD Fabrication, SysQue, and project management.
Together, they transformed their individual strengths into a unified mission, to deliver BIM solutions that are accurate, collaborative, and client-focused. Their leadership has shaped UNIDADE into a company that values learning, innovation, and people above all else.
